It was a great and informative workshop. It was a good way to understand myself better. Yes, because it gives you a different perspective of the mind. I am so fascinated with my mind and unlocking my brain to be better. Learning the root cause of my emotions is key to understanding.

"As a result of the program, I am delegating more tasks to my team on a daily basis and have learned to plan as much as I can a couple of weeks out. I have been able to free up more time thru each day which allows me to be a more effective communicator and team leader. Learning to trust my team more has allowed me to delegate more work and achieve this goal. I have also learned, on the personal side, to hold my daughter more accountable for some of her behaviors and how to make her reach better decisions. I liked the group discussions after reading the various books and essays that were distributed. There are plenty of good habits to learn and make adjustments to reach the next level of any profession. "I received a lot of very timely and useful tools from this program that I will continue to use throughout my career. There are too many changes I have made to fit into this small response box. From time management to understanding when a conversation becomes crucial and how to handle that. I appreciated two main things. The additional resources provided so that I could continue learning about a subject and the in class atmosphere that allowed for open flowing conversations. As a result of this program, I focus more on my key result areas. I hold conversations differently; I ask questions that promote more specific answers and I practice reflective listening.
