“…One of the top 3 speakers I’ve heard in 15 years…”

"This program was phenomenal. I loved everything about it. I have noticed I am more proactive. I am less of a fixer. I use lists more often. I absolutely recommend this program. It was so informative, and the information can be used in everyday situations, not just work. This class went way above my expectations. I have shared some of the information with others and they love it as well!"

"This program was excellent. It is a well-rounded program for leaders at all levels to take a self-assessment and develop a plan for improvement to reach their goals as a leader. The program puts the tools in your hands so that you are able to continue making improvements to your leadership style long after the program is over."

“This program was fantastic. I liked the workshops and interactivity amongst my peers and Laurie. I look forward to continuing my personal growth and incorporating many of the things I learned in the workshops into my day-to-day life.”

I would rate this program a 10+, very informative and eye opening. Laurie is fantastic and does a great job initiating group engagement. I’m definitely more aware of my role as a leader in general and have adjusted how I approach certain situation to be a better leader from the start. Thank you for your leadership and insight. I found this training to be very beneficial and am certain that I will become a better leader as a result.”

"This program was very wonderful and insightful. I would recommend this leadership program to everyone. As times change, so have the habits of motivating employees. The framework and methodology that are taught in this course will give you a newer prospective and approaches to bring the best out of individuals you work with. The main change I can contribute to this leadership development program is how to deal with the emotional aspect of leadership."

"I read more books about leadership. I come to a consensus with my peers on our organizational goals. I have become closer to my management team. When I am feeling very unproductive, I go back to our books and timing my day out better. Having the books as a resource has also helped. I would recommend this program because it is very important to go through a program like this or you cannot move forward as a unit of managers. It is a chance to come together with a shared purpose, speak the same "language", have open crucial conversations, and learn about what similarities and differences you possess with your peers. Most importantly there is a trickle down affect that many if not all of the employees see and feel. I would rate this program a 9. I want to thank you for the opportunity and for being a great active listener."

“This program was a 10 out of 10. It is the best introduction to leadership practices and the mindset of a leader I have experienced.”

"This program was outstanding. I am more focused on prioritizing tasks and planning my day rather than multi-tasking and being into so many different things at a time. I can actually block off a portion of my day and "eat the frog". I fully believe that attending his program will help me tremendously as I take over as President/CEO of Allegany County Teachers FCU. The program was a realistic insight into what "Leadership" is today and how important it is to lead by example and be more focused on the success of your team member because their success is success for the credit union. Laurie is phenomenal. She is exceptionally knowledgeable in this area and offers a different perspective....one that I have always believed in."
