I have learned how better to handle important conversations with tact and remove as much "emotion" as possible. Additionally, I have learned how important it is for employees to hear feedback on a regular basis and have made more attempts to provide without being asked. I have also been more consistent with holding myself accountable and doing what I say I am going to do.
