“…One of the top 3 speakers I’ve heard in 15 years…”

"Since attending this program, I have made significant changes to my leadership style, and taken more of a coach approach. In doing so I have seen vast improvements from my direct reports...they are thinking for themselves! There were many things I like about the program. The open dialogue allowed for real life examples to be discussed, and the "Grow Work" assigned kept me accountable! My time management skills have improved, and I have shared some time management tricks with my staff that has helped them and their productivity. I found this program to be very empowering! Every time I left a class, I felt recharged and motivated. I feel like a better leader and would recommend it to anyone in a leadership position. I would give the program an 11 out of 10!"

"The Future Leaders program was excellent. I learned that coaching an employee can be fun and positive, and how to coach an employee who isn't meeting standards without being negative. I learned about what I need to work on to be a successful leader, as well as in my personal life. I really like the fact that Laurie included herself in a lot of the topics and shared examples of her experiences as a leader.”

“I would rate this program a 10. If all leaders would work this way, the workplace would be so much better. Laurie is an amazing instructor and made the class fun. She kept everyone involved.”

“This program was very well thought out and expertly presented. I have become more self-aware as to what affects my behaviors and reactions to situations with others. Laurie’s insights were very eye opening at times. I think I will be able to use these new ideas to dramatically effect change in my organization. I would highly recommend Laurie’s program. She presents ideas in an engaging manner and asks other participants for their input as well. Thank you for a great class. I will definitely be using many of these skills in the promotion I just received.”

“This program is a definite 10! The instructions along with the personal guidance and suggestions are excellent. You really learn a lot about yourself.”

“I received enthusiastic recommendations for Laurie Maddalena from credit union CEOs who heard her speak at a national CUES conference. One said she was “one of the top 3 speakers I’ve heard in 15 years”. As we began plans for our annual Synergent Connect Conference for fall 2022, I thought she would be the perfect choice to address the myriad of issues and questions facing credit unions in this radically different work world and challenging economic times. As the opening keynote speaker, she immediately engaged the group with a presentation full of research, insights and great ideas. Laurie is personable and positive and, because she knows credit unions, her credibility was solid. Laurie exceeded my expectations and she fully delivered as our opening session speaker. I highly recommend Laurie and can’t wait to get her back with us again!”

"The Envision Excellence leadership development program is by far the best professional development coaching I have ever had. I began the program with some reservations, thinking it would be similar to others I have gone through and my skepticism was proved wrong. Laurie Maddalena’s program has proved to be engaging and provided me with invaluable insight into being a stronger, more effective leader. Envision Excellence helped me to realize changes I should make in my communications, time management, and employee and coworker relationship building. Laurie Maddalena has a gift for tailoring the excellent materials she has developed to fit the people she is coaching and facilitating productive discussions centered around the topics presented. I feel that I am much better off for working with Envision Excellence and look forward to continuing to work with Laurie."

“I would absolutely recommend this program! I loved everything about it—the content, the different assessments, the conversations and the books and recommendations. The best part has to be learning from Laurie. She is amazing, very personable and easy to talk to, she is also a world of knowledge and enjoys sharing it and helping others which I really admire and thank her for. This program has helped me a lot in getting to know and understand myself and how I can affect others. It has also taught me the importance of leading with action and being intentional in everything I do. It taught me that I am not a fixer but a facilitator and to lead by example! I am having better coaching sessions with my team, have improved my self-confidence and relationship with others, learned how to have difficult conversations, and created healthy habits to enrich my personal and professional life. I would rate this program an 11 out of 10!”
