“…One of the top 3 speakers I’ve heard in 15 years…”

"I WOULD GIVE THIS PROGRAM AN A +++. Laurie was a patient, knowledgeable and easy-going instructor. I am eager to handle more difficult situations with confidence. Delegation! Delegation!..Delegation! :-) The best part of the program was open and honest feedback and group participation. The instructor Laurie gives real life experiences and helps you relate to a lot of problem areas that need to be addressed and how to go about it productively, professionally and confidently. I am able to continue to strengthen my coaching and mentoring skills and hold others accountable. Yes, I would recommend this program. It can be used as a foundation for those looking to transition into leadership positions and assist with current managers and leaders on how to deal with situations."

"Laurie's leadership development program is by far the best professional development coaching I have ever had."

“I received enthusiastic recommendations for Laurie Maddalena from credit union CEOs who heard her speak at a national CUES conference. One said she was “one of the top 3 speakers I’ve heard in 15 years”. As we began plans for our annual Synergent Connect Conference for fall 2022, I thought she would be the perfect choice to address the myriad of issues and questions facing credit unions in this radically different work world and challenging economic times. As the opening keynote speaker, she immediately engaged the group with a presentation full of research, insights and great ideas. Laurie is personable and positive and, because she knows credit unions, her credibility was solid. Laurie exceeded my expectations and she fully delivered as our opening session speaker. I highly recommend Laurie and can’t wait to get her back with us again!”

“This program was excellent; well balanced between teaching/coaching and individual participation/study/activity. I would absolutely recommend this program. Every manager or aspiring leader should be required to attend a program like this. Laurie is a fantastic facilitator, teacher, coach—High, High recommendations!”

"The Future Leaders program was excellent. I learned that coaching an employee can be fun and positive, and how to coach an employee who isn't meeting standards without being negative. I learned about what I need to work on to be a successful leader, as well as in my personal life. I really like the fact that Laurie included herself in a lot of the topics and shared examples of her experiences as a leader.”

"This program was excellent. Some of the tools I learned are helping me greatly throughout the day. I have improved my scope of view towards the people I manage and how to manage them. I would recommend this because it helps guide both new and senior leaders to become better at what they do."

I thought I knew all the tricks when it comes to time management and setting up productive meetings after nearly 40 years at PRS. Laurie proved me wrong! My assistant Linsay and I have implemented several of her suggestions and they have made a noticeable improvement in our day! I highly recommend Laurie for her intelligent, practical and engaging training sessions.

“I would rate a perfect 10 for the leadership program. Not only were our course materials well organized, but our instructor did an impeccable job teaching and explaining the course materials for all to understand. I have definitely benefited from this program. I have more self-awareness of my leadership abilities and have learned how to refine them so I can become one of the great leaders.”

"This was an inspiring class. It really helped with personal growth. It was one of my best learning classes I have taken. I’ve been inspired to take it to the next level. I'm listening to others to build teams and employee growth. I would highly recommend this program to management level people."
