"On a scale of 1-10 I would rate it an 11. I've noticed that I am more of aware and better able to recognize certain situations, which in turn allows me to have a better response. For example, recognizing the differences between when to coach and when to teach or when a conversation becomes a crucial conversation. The skills learned can be applied to all aspects of life, which to me make them significantly more value and more likely to be practiced on a daily basis. My position at the CU has changed dramatically since the beginning of the program and I almost feel like thanks to the different modules we covered I actually have a head start on dealing with my new responsibilities and more specifically dealing with my new staff. I would absolutely recommend this program. I would recommend it to anyone in a position of management, anyone interested in a position of management or even any parents! These are skills that can be applied in so many ways that it would impossible not to benefit in one way or another. Awesome class Laurie.
